Botanical Alchemy is our 2026 Thirsty Club theme, an exploration of how the botanical world shapes wine from root to glass. Each quarter celebrates a plant archetype — Willow, Peony, Sunflower, Cedar — that mirrors the emotional and sensory qualities of the season. Through this lens, our winemakers and curators bring together bottles that don’t just taste extraordinary; they carry the mood, movement, and meaning of the natural world. Join us on this year-long journey to explore the alchemy of plants turned into wine.

This body of work at Bottlehouse, created over the past five years, explores that tension—between connection and solitude.
During this time, Frazer shifted from using oil paint alone to working with cold wax and oil, loosening her process. This change moved her away from fine detail and toward emotional expression, expanding her ability to depict space.
She is nourished by community yet restored by time alone, especially near the ocean. These paintings reflect both: the quiet relief of nature and the warmth of chosen connection.
